About contact lense use while in rural thailand – PRECAUTIONS

I am from Australia and am going on a school mission trip to Thailand these school holidays coming up. We will be staying in an orphanage where there will be showers and things but it is unknown if the water will be ok to drink/wash hands with (we have been advised to bring hand sanitiser so I think it might not be). I wear contacts and would really prefer to wear them over there, so what could I possibly do to continue wearing them while on the trip ?

What precautions do you advise me to take if I do and do you have any past experiences? (I can add details if you want to ask me questions.

About internet access whilst traveling in south east Asia

I’m planning on traveling to Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam for 4 months. I study in college but already take all my classes online, so just studying on the other side of the world won’t be a problem as long as I have my laptop and can access the net. I just need some advice on if there is wifi I can purchase whilst I’m there or just generally how to go about being able to get online even while I’m not in a larger city

About what should my future career be

i am turning 15 in march and this week i’m going to thailand to maybe live with my dad; at the moment its a 12 month visa.
i’m extremely confused as to what i want to be when i finish school because i may go to school in thailand or australia but it depends whether i like living in thailand or australia better. i’m really into photography, art and science, but i’m drawn between a vet (or similar animal doctor), a wildlife photographer and a papparazzi photographer. so what do you think would be best?

Is it safe right now for an American to teach in Thailand?

I am about to graduate college with a teaching degree and I am 100% interested in teaching English abroad for a few years.

Is it safe right now for an American female to teach in Bangkok or in Phuket, Thailand?

I’m blonde hair/blue eyes so it will be obvious I’m not from the land.

I’ve heard a few horror stories about people getting kidnapped, but I can’t let that stop me.

If it’s not safe, what are some other places I should check out?

Thanks! :)
